Please be sure all dishes are washed, all trash from kitchen, fridge, and bathroom are thrown away in outside garbage cans prior to leaving.
Do not strip the bed as housecleaning will strip and sanitize bed and daybed after each stay.
As much as we love our furry pets, they are not allowed in the building nor in the unit.
Please absolutely NO smoking in the building or in the unit of any kind - NO marijuana, NO vapes, NO cigarettes, NO pipes, NO cigars, etc. etc. etc.
NO parties nor events are allowed in the unit. ONLY guests on the reservation are allowed to stay in the unit.
Check out is 10am. Parking is available on a first come first serve basis for free street parking. Otherwise, the paid parking lot is outside the door and Zeigler Garage is a half block away.
Please respect the property and residents in passing. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 9am daily.

For longer stays, it is mandatory that a bi-weekly cleaning be provided. This ensures the unit is kept up tidy and cleaned, and the sheets and towels are changed regularly. We will work with your schedule to ensure a cleaning can be completed bi-weekly.

To keep our utilities at a cost-efficient rate - please keep the AC set at 70 and the heat set at 60. There are small space heaters available if needed or the settings can be changed temporarily but please reset them once a comfortable temperature has been reached. Thank you!
For the shower to turn on, please pull the knob out hard then turn for temperature settings.
Please do NOT put anything except toilet paper down the toilet. Anything other than toilet paper clogs the toilet, thus adding extra costs and guest dissatisfaction.
