Our Boho/Chic-Style Studio is designed for you to unwind and feel right at home. Enjoy a full-size kitchen, relaxing bath, an orthopedic queen-size bed, and a cozy twin daybed/couch. Whether you’re here to kick back and relax or need a comfortable space to catch up on work at the desk, we’ve got you covered. PARKING

There is free street parking in front of the building, if you can find a spot.

The Zeigler parking garage is at the light in front of the building, turn right and you will see the garage on the right.  A small block away from the apartment.

The other option would be the parking lot on the east side of the building, the prices are high for parking there, just be aware.  You will have to pay in advance to park in the lot.

CHECKING IN AND OUT

Check-in: 4pm.

Check-out: 10am.

I do my best to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs, when possible, but they cannot be guaranteed. Please feel free to ask and I will let you know if availability allows.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS

Before departing, please complete the following:

1.)  Reset the thermostat to Heat: 60 / Air: 70

2.)  Gather all the trash from the fridge, bathroom, and kitchen and take to receptacles behind the lockbox

3.)  Wash all used dishes

4.)  Turn off all the lights and TV

5.)  Lock up the Studio

6.)  Return the keys to the lockbox and scramble the numbers
